The Dick Rogers Memorial Golf Outing honors the life and legacy of Dick Rogers, a longtime YMCA supporter, member, and board leader whose commitment helped strengthen our community for generations.
This special day of golf, fellowship, and giving will bring together Y members, supporters, and local partners to celebrate Dick’s impact while supporting the Y’s mission of youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

About Dick Rogers
Richard “Dick” Patrick Rogers was a beloved community leader whose generosity and volunteer spirit helped shape the YMCA in northwest Connecticut for decades. Dick began his involvement with the Winsted (and later Northwest) YMCA in 1979, serving for many years on both the Board of Directors and Board of Trustees and exemplifying a lifelong commitment to service and giving back.
His contributions were recognized in 2009 when he received the YMCA’s prestigious Legacy Award for his dedication, leadership, and impact on the community.
