To keep our YMCA facilities safe, clean, and in great condition, we’ll be completing our annual maintenance and improvement projects during August and early September. This includes the scheduled draining, cleaning, and maintenance of the Torrington swimming pool, along with improvements to other areas of our Torrington and Winsted branches.

We apologize for the temporary inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we complete this important work. These projects help ensure we continue providing the high-quality facilities our members expect.

Your YMCA membership gives you access to all three Northwest CT YMCA branches—Torrington, Winsted, and Canaan—so we encourage you to visit another location while work is underway at your home branch.

Please review the schedule below for specific closure dates and affected facility areas. The maintenance periods are August 17–29 in Winsted and August 24–September 7 in Torrington.
