Welcome to the YMCA! We’re thrilled to have you as part of our community. To help you get started on your fitness journey, we’re offering a complimentary orientation session where you can choose between two great options called Kickstart.
1. Equipment Introduction: In this session, our knowledgeable staff will guide you through the various equipment we have available. You’ll learn how to properly use each machine, understand its benefits, and get tips on how to incorporate them into your workout routine. This is a fantastic way to feel confident and comfortable in our fitness area.
2. Personal Training Orientation: Alternatively, you can opt for a personal training orientation. This session provides personalized guidance tailored to your fitness goals. Our personal trainers will work with you to create a plan that fits your needs, focusing on techniques, safety, and motivation.
First option last for 45 minutes and the second option runs for 30mins, both are designed to make your experience at the YMCA enjoyable and effective. We’re excited to support you on your fitness journey and help you achieve your goals. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance.
After you register, a YMCA staff member will reach out to you as soon as possible.
