Tailored for all ability levels, suspension training is a form of resistance training that is done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously. Using your own bodyweight and a fitness tool that is made from high quality nylon straps and handles, a certified trainer will move you through a variety of multi-planar, compound exercises. Classes meet twice per week for 45 minutes.
