AquaFlow
Dive into our AquaFlow class, a dynamic water workout designed to enhance your strength, balance, and flexibility. Set in the refreshing environment of the pool, this class incorporates calisthenics movements using medicine balls, small hand floats, and foam bars to engage your core, upper body, and lower body.
Begin in the shallow end with balance exercises that challenge your stability while enjoying the buoyancy of the water. As you progress, transition to the deeper section of the pool, where you’ll tackle more advanced exercises that promote strength and endurance.
Utilizing foam weights, you’ll harness the natural resistance of water to build strength in your extremities and core. Each movement is carefully crafted to maximize your workout while minimizing impact, making it ideal for all fitness levels.
Conclude with a soothing stretching flow to enhance flexibility and recovery, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated after an invigorating session.
Join us for a fun and effective workout that transforms the way you move in and out of the water.

Suspension Training
Tailored for all ability levels, suspension training is a form of resistance training that is done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously. Using your own bodyweight and a fitness tool that is made from high quality nylon straps and handles, a certified trainer will move you through a variety of multi-planar, compound exercises. Classes meet twice per week for 45 minutes.
