Weight loss is unique to each person. The YMCA Weight Loss Program focuses on helping individuals identify ways to make small, modest changes to behaviors in support of their goals.
Weekly meetings include weigh-ins and discussions on topics such as: Mindful Eating, Positive Psychology, Stress Management, Exercise Planning, and Improving Sleep Quality.
